How To Teach Cooking When You Can't Use A Kitchen????

Sometimes I need to teach just theory about what is normally a very hands on sensory class.

Here is how I teach the theory of cooking when I don't have a kitchen available to me.

• Use Games: digital quizzes, board games

• Have Visuals: posters, videos

• Taste Test: have little samples available about what you are teaching about (herbs, spices, flavours)
