I don't eat a lot of fish. I don't really like fish! It's expensive and where I live the option is usually frozen. I wanted to dig into the topic a little to make it easier for me to teach about it. When I lived in South Carolina I was able to enjoy seafood more accessibly. This unit has me fondly remembering the Low Country Boils and Oyster Shucking Events I coordinated as the Student Council President during my university days on Hilton Head.
